I have been treating for AF for over a year now. In the morning I take liqud licorce (low adrenals in morning) and at night I take Seriphos to calm adrenals down (high at night). I have been lax on my strict eating lately and feeling the effects of it, and decided to go back to my strict diet. I was eating gF carb and some sugar, but back to eating very clean. Since I cut out the bad stuff I have felt worse. My gas and bloating which are always there has not changed, but now I feel like my nerves are worse. It gets worse especially after I eat breakfast and is a litte better by evening. Anywhere from 5 min. to 1 hr. after I eat, I start feeling lightheaded, have a racing heart, trembling, feelings of panic, often feel like I am going to pass out, often sweat, often feel like I need to have a BM, etc. I recently learned about something called Reactive Hypoglycemia, which sounds a lot like what I am experiencing. However now I am having it at times after walking up stairs. When this started a couple of years ago, I had a battery of tests done by a cardiologist who told me I am fine, heart wise, so it's not that, is anyone else experiencing this and if so, what is helping. I take B vitamins, folate, Vit. d, digestive aids, and other supps, but nothing is helping. Potassium levels are normal. It is runing my life, because I cannot go out to stores, out to dinner, drive myself anywhere, etc. My ND and I are trying to figure it out. I know reflux can cause the gas and bloating I am having, but it shouldn't affect me walking up stairs. I should add in alsomthat I have had chronic neck issues for years. i have an atlas sub, uxation, her iations, straightening of the natural curve, etc., and I know a lot of these symptoms could be attributed to them, especialy since my neck has been a lot worse lately also. Anyone else? Thanks.
