So with exams and stuff I have been looking into brain supplements and things like that to help cognitive brain function/increase memory. I stumbled on this website called MentalBright has anyone tried their product?
I found a new, to me, product it is called magnesium l-threonate. Since I like magnesium this seems to go to the brain. Look it up on Amazon, one reviewer made a comparison of all the different brands. I ended up buying Doctor's Best brand, they call it brain magnesium.
Time will tell if it will work.
