I posted about a month ago about nausea, liver cirrhosis and flushes not going well. I wanted to do an update. I was truly blocked. I did 2 flushes and they didn't work, I was disappointed and researching gallbladder removal. Then I found one GI doc online said to drink apple juice 5 days before and it would make the stones so soft, you could squish them with your fingers. Did that, and that did not work. So I drank apple juice another 10 days and ate an apple everyday. I did the flush again and got huge stones that were 7/8 inches. A whole bunch of them! My BM's were dark again! No more nausea! I still had large ones coming noon the next day, so I am going to do another soon.

I found out that by increasing my estrogen a few months before caused my bile to become 'sluggish'. My OBGYN told me that a lot of pregnant women get heavy stones and blockage, too.

I have passed this on to a few docs at Yale that were interested. I hope they truly are.
