Hello,
I am writing this question because I finally have to find the cause (and sollution) to my problems..
My main concern is my coated, furry, dry tongue.
I assume it's a result of bad gut health, because I experience severe bloating, loose stools etc. I have searched the internet and underwent several medical tests throughout the past months.
I thought it's candida at first. The yeast/bacterial tests from mouth and stool were negative though.
From the food intolerance blood tests I came to be slightly intolerant to cow's milk, lactose and soy.
I am getting more tests done too to find out all the foods I am intolerant to.
I tried to find a connection between my diet and the condition of my tongue (and bloating) but it's really random. I eat quite clean and healthy.
Occasionally it clears up for a day or two (those are probably the only happy days for me in the past year :P ) but then it 'grows' back.
I attach a couple of photos. Also at the back I got some kind of small ulcers or spots (not visible on the pics).
I still thing it must be some kind of bacterial/yeast issue.
Also when I drink alcohol it gets much much worse.
The state of my tongue on the photos is pretty good right now because I just ate and drank.
If you could give me any thoughts on this I'd be really grateful. I tried to be as brief as possible, but I can give you any additional information about my condition.
