Started developing a sore throat last night, took 3 heaping tablespoons of ascorbic acid, spaced 2 hours apart. Probably 60 grams in total.
Woke up still having a sore throat and took another heaping tablespoon, going to take another right now before my coffee enema. So that will be about 100 grams in total and no real signs of bowel tolerance??? Must be reacting with something.
Also i made beet and kale juice the other day and im still seeing a color change in my urine and the other. Trying digestive enzymes or that.- Re: 100 grams Ascorbic acid Newport

The citric acid is critical in stabilizing Ascorbic Acid when certain toxins are present.
..of course the other possibility is that 'Black Oil' is interfering with all normal function by destroying normal ion exchange..

This is a reply to # 2,176,828Sore throat last night too. Had a little citric acid, salt in vitamin bottles with me, mixed in a pinch with me water till I got home. woke feeling better.. made quart of IMAM....and too much too soon, went over tolerance.:( debating whether to go in late or Vac. take the day/night off...lower back sore, humidity WAY up now trying cilantro too Lots of water

On the ride in yesterday, passed a(slow)car and the guy didn't like it, tried to run me off the road! another car got in between and slowed him down, then when "traffic happened"(picture parking lot on freeway) and he caught up he was still stuck on RAGE so up goes the window no eye contact give it time... no dice.. snapped a pic for reference of him "giving the universal hand signal" and I just backed it on down til he eventually cooled.

This is a reply to # 2,176,786My experience from back in the day when I was a daily megadoser of VitaminC - during normal time of feeling well, it took X amount of C to tip over the brink of bowel tolerance but during times of illness it took between 2X and 4X to produce the same "bowel flush" effect. It seems counter intuitive to me, and it took me years to connect these particular dots, but this is the way my body works.
