Just done a 14 day Water Fast in the hope of curing my eczema, oily skin and food allergies .

Prior to the fast my eyes were brilliant white, 2 days into the fast the became yellow and are still yellow 4 days into refeeding. I'm sure this relates to some detoxing of the liver that has occurred during the fast??

I had a bloodtest shortly before the fast which confirmed high levels of biliruben. My plan after the initial precautionary referring period is to do a series of Liver Flushes and colonics/enema's. Do you think this is a good idea?

Also, during the fast my pee became very slow and remains slow, there's not half as much pressure as there used to be. Is this related to the liver as well? or kidney/bladder?

Obviously I'm on a cautious diet and plan to remain so while doing the liver flushes. I didn't know how long to wait before doing my first flush. I haven't had a bowel movement yet after the fast. Also not sure whether I should be doing kidney cleansing as well at the same time?
