I read where the government says only 150 MICROgrams per day of iodine, and if you get "too much", that it would be bad.
LOL. 150 micrograms, times 365 days a year, means only 55 milligrams of
Iodine is "recommended", for a WHOLE YEAR !!
Times 70 years, a person who dies at 70 is recommended to get only 3.8 grams of iodine, their entire life.
LOL, that's a good one, a real knee-slapper, makes me want to roll out of my chair cracking up laughing just thinking about it.
