Hello everyone, would you like to look at a stranger's weird stool? Yes, by all means, let me show you my weird stool.

A bit of background, I've noticed thin white or pale yellow mucus appearing along with my stool for a few years now. It's not all the time, it probably occurs during one or two digestion cycles every month or two. When I first noticed this, I read that this was simply mucus in my stool. Being a person who is seemingly stopped-up, sneezing, and sniffling throughout the entire year, I misinterpreted the information to simply mean that I was swallowing excess mucus and it was being digested along with the rest of what I'd eaten.
I don't have any abdominal pain, nor have I ever found any blood in my stool. My digestion is rather fast but in the healthy range (almost everything I eat seems to pass in 24 hours or less), and what I produce is typically a bit on the hard side and of light or neutral odor. Because of the lack of pain or particularly worrying symptoms, I decided to only make a case of it to a doctor if pain arose or if the mucus showed a dramatic and prolonged increase.
Out of concern I've periodically looked into my condition -- it could be several things. I've begun to get concerned that this is indicative of real damage to my intestines, caused by ulcerative colitis (without pain?) or candida overgrowth. It should be noted that I am practically famous for having extraordinarily high-energy while paradoxically showing signs of chronic fatigue (i.e. I'll jump around and practically run on walls for 12 hours, then want to sleep for another 12) and that my vision is blurred (although I just attribute this astigmatism).
Unfortunately the pictures aren't fantastic (not that they could be, considering the subject matter). I had to go through the rather undignified process of fishing my waste from the back of the toilet bowl, which caused much of the mucus to fall off. Originally, the sort of thin strings and particles that you see in the second picture were partially wrapped around the stool in small and rare, but almost sheet-like arrangement.
Sorry, I know that this is a ton to read, I'm just trying to make sure that I give the most complete information possible for a better diagnosis.
Thank you so much for your time!
