It's been 8 days since completing my first Liver Flush, and most of my liver symptoms have greatly been aggravated in the days following.
I've had a terrible headache, 'burning brain,' fatigue, exhaustion, nausea, drowsiness, darkened vision, etc.
I'm assuming I've picked at my 'liver scab,' and that this is to be expected as I'm starting to detox what I assume to be a seriously congested liver. I guess I'm just wanting to be sure this is someone normal...
I barely passed any stones my first flush (about a teaspoon worth of the wasabi-pea looking stones), but suspect I've loosened up others on the verge of coming out. I'm starting on chanca piedra today.
As mentioned in a previous post, I'm working toward recovery from severe MCS, CFS, candidiasis, and many other symptoms that point to liver congestion. I'm new to liver flushing, but not to detox.
Is marked regression with symptoms common in the weeks post-liver flushing, or do most people feel better or the same?
Thanks.
