It's centrifuge, just like my Breville. Although my Breville is comparable (in type and price), it does have a larger feeding tube and a more powerful motor. I did a lot of research on juicers in the Lalanne/Breville price range and decided the Breville was the best deal for the money. I love my juicer! Happy juicing!
