This is a reply to # 2,171,894Yes. I use it externally and like it a lot. Lynne Farrow (Iodine Myth Author) mentioned it as being very good in a podcast.
It gets an A for being low in heavy metals.

jeff has done pretty well for himself. his is the only brand other than mine that i would recommend to anyone.
