Using Duac against fordyce spots on ...

Hey. In the recent weeks I've gotten fordyce spots on my top lip probably because iv'e used different lip balms over each other or something, I don't really know.
I also have ec since 7 years back. The thing is I have read online that duac might work on fordyce spots, I got the cream at home for Acne and thinking about trying it on my lips.
Tho, it says on their website that you should not use duac on eyes, nostrils and lips. I really don't wanna make my ec worse but I still don't wanna live with fordyce on my lips for the rest of my life.
Any suggestions?

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,171,520Perhaps if you can decrease inflammation, it will also decrease the fordyce spots. Duac has clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide in it. If you read that it decreased fordyce spots, it is worth a try.

This is a reply to # 2,171,556Most of those Acne treatments cause your skin to dry. I would not use it on your lips.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,171,857It depends where the fordyce spots are located. If you only have them on the triangular center of top lip, then it usually helps to dry that raw area out so new skin can form.

This is a reply to # 2,171,520If it specifically says not to use it on the lips then I would not. I would be afraid of making it worse.
