Hi there,
Been supplementing for about 7 months now. Things seem a lot better, increased focus, memory, not nearly as moody, hair seems to be thicker and improving, better sleep, energy, sinuses are better, stomach issues are gone, I can tan again, etc.
Just one thing Ive noticed in the past couple weeks, is that I seem to have bruises on my legs. I know ive banged them here and there, but before I never used to get bruises (except as a boy), now there are brown spots on my legs. What's this due to? Thin blood? Poor wound healing?
Thoughts appreciated!
