Okay guys, this relates to a thread yesterday regarding
liver stones .
I was thinking, it makes perfect sense that the liver would begin to expel stones while on an extended fast, based on the fact that the point of doing the
Master-Cleanse is to give digestion a rest so that the body can focus on removing toxins. The liver is a vital part of digestion. The stones are made of cholesterol, bile, and toxins (often enclosing a parasite). These stones clog up the ducts of the liver and fill the gallbladder, which decreases their effectiveness. Neither of them can function well while packed full of stones.
So I'm just throwing these ideas out there. I want to see what others think of my theory.
Chime in folks!
