Hey curezone-ers! I'm about to start day 1 of 10 (or more) tomorrow of the Master Cleanse. I've been fighting a loosing battle with weight loss over the last several months (weight that I've put on over the last year and a half) and specifically the last month and have decided my body needs a little detox with a side of weight loss.

I'm a 29 year old female, 5'8 and currently weigh 67.6 kgs (around 150ish pounds)... and my goal weight is 58 kgs (not specifically from the MC, but just in general). I've weighed 58 kgs for most my life and its a place where I feel comfortable, suits my frame... and also a place where I fit into my wardrobe!

I have a pretty good idea what to expect from the detoxifying aspect of the Master-Cleanse but am wondering what everyone's weight loss experience has been?
