To answer your question I got the "Chewable Acidophilus with Bifidus" tablets from this UK shop called Holland and Barrett.

I'm aware the Holland and Barret brand is only available in the UK but I'm pretty sure the brand itself doesn't matter

Just google "Chewable Acidophilus with Bifidus" and you see quite a few US sites appear (drugstore, vitacost etc)
