Okay...so I've never done a forum before, but this dream...it's bugging me. I woke up for 10-15 minutes, fell back asleep and somehow went back into an instant state of REM and woke up in 30 minutes, unusual for me at least.
In this dream, I'm home. The only people in it are me, my mother, my father, my dad's mother (my grandmother), and my 5 year old nephew. Snakes. Boas to be precise, common pet store sold brown with black markings. There were 4-5 males (from what my mind told me they were males) about 4-6 feet long. We killed them, but there was still the female. A large 11-15 foot female with a large girth that was over a foot in diameter and a head just as big. She was reddish orange with a yellow underbelly and the common brownish black markings. She was following me. A hungry look, but not a threatening one where you know it's ready to strike. Just following me around my house. I called for my mom in the kitchen for help; nothing. My father sat in the living room, he told me to just kill it. How do you kill something 3 times your height and 5 times your weight with hundreds of sharp teeth? My nephew was curious, constantly walking by it as it laid in the hall outside my bedroom door (my old room before I got my older brother's room in middle school). I was in the kitchen and seen him looking, I shooed him away. It seen me. It followed me through the house, slowly, yet fast, like zombies or Frankenstein. I got it back in the hall, it stayed. I called 911, but the phone kept messing up dialing "99111" or "96114" like it was broken or I was button mashing. I finally got it when I noticed my grandmother backing slowly from the hallway. It was right in front of her, staring at her. That hungry yet non threatening look in its eyes. I pulled her away to the kitchen. "911 what's your emergency?" "There's an invasive 15 foot long boa in my house and I have a 5 year old child here and I'm afraid for him!" "I'm sorry ma'am, but we're just too busy." "Too busy!? There's a giant snake in my house that could swollow a grown man!" "I'm sorry ma'am. Try animal control. *hangs up*" I was alone. I walked to my room to get it away from my family. It turned slowly, it's tail at my door but it's head coming towards me. I closed my door when it got close. I could hear it's scales against my door; rubbing, like sandpaper almost. My grandmother called for me to make sure I was fine. She doesn't hear me, so I open the door. The snake makes its move when I crack the door open. I pushes its body up against my door, piling body on top of itself, climbing high against my door. I strain, putting my weight against the door. I'm slipping. It's eyes. I see it's eyes...even as I woke up. I had to look around my room; scared. "Where is it? Where are it's eyes?"
I found out Thursday my mom had to get a biopsy for a lump in her breast. She had one years back when I was younger and it just disappeared. My nephew has no manners, he hits whoever and isn't disciplined by his parents. My father, he's just an annoying, arrogant, racist, sexist pig. My grandmother takes care of my grandfather, she has had seizures and several surgeries, same as my grandfather who has dialysis for his kidneys, diabetes and skin cancer.
I have M.D.D. without an antidepressant prescription (I refused to take it, the medicine made me worse even after a few months of regular dosage.
I just really want to know what the dream meant for my family and me. I just can't get those eyes out of my head...
