A frequent poster wrote "no muscle loss unless you are really clean"  Thats fascinating as the body at this stage of mc is burning impurities, scar tissue, bad protein , adhesion for fuel? 
I always think that might be the case.. I have scanty period due to severe scaring in the uterus from past operation.. On The Master Cleanse for 2 weeks Along came my period ...2 weeks earlier and with much more volume.! Could it be the scars in uterus got "scrubbed" down by Cayyane pepper and stage the body is at? I also didn't loose much weight about 5lbs on day 20..:( could this be the healing takes from what body most wrong at ? -- internal scar tissue?
Other healing signs.. Hearing eyesight much sharper, shoulder much looser i have a 15 years fibromygia ( i m only 38) clear thinkinge...old injur sights hurts joints and muscle pain ( all good sign of healing )?
