Hi! Maybe it will take more time? I am almost four weeks into an anti-candida diet and only noticed a slight improvement the other day. It can be a very long process to rid your body of toxins/chemical build up. I have not had read meat or poultry for over 13 years but still my body was and still is, a toxic mess from eating processed foods and sugar. Give yourself more time (without cheating on your diet!) or you may regret giving up so soon and have to start all over. Better to stay on a diet for 4 months then to keep switching only to find years later that you could have solved your problem by sticking to the original diet. Do you keep a food journal and have you tried the elimination diet?
