I have attached some photos of what appears to be dead yeast in my stool. This is directly correlated with candida die-off symptoms from my experience. I am on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and prior to the diet I never had these sort of bowel movements. I am quite sure it is dead yeast, but I am looking for confirmation from you all. Thank you.
