Please excuse my question if it seems to be covered already. I *have* read about 100 pages here, but I am still confused.
I have been using EVCO Unrefined for 10 days with good results. I want to add a second oil to my program like Sunflower. I find many posts that say only use UNrefined. I find other posts that say only use refined.
Please give me guidance. I have been able to find refined at the local markets but I cannot find unrefined, except CO which I already have.
