A doctor gave me Albenda 400mg * 5 days for giardia. But he did tell me is not a standard treatment for giardia is jus i couldnt stand Metronidazole. The Albenda treat for giardia is mainly for kids he said.

Its a short term solution as i see it.
Re fat you might wanna check the net for ideas - some studies shown too much bile sometimes not ok with giardia.
