Hi Everyone, Can someone that beat pinworms help me out with a question and theory I have on these horrible creatures? My daughter has pinworms, she is 6. What I have noticed is every time I give her the medicine she is fine but they come back on day 9 or 10 like clock work. The doctor has been emphatic that I wait 14 days to kill all eggs that hatched between treatments but IMO if I do this I will never break their life cycle. My question is: has anyone had success curing this by treating then treating again 7 days later instead of waiting 14 days? This is the protocol I would like to follow and am really hoping to hear positive feedback. My theory is the eggs are hatching, crawling back in the anus and maturing at an alarming rate because they do not have to go all the way through the digestive track.. with retro inf they are already where they need to be to bread and such. I purchased vermox online and am ready to treat this myself. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
