Hi! I believe I have found something that drastically helps my bromhidrosis from the armpit. Vitamin K! Don't know why it works, but it does for me. I have suffered with this illness since puberty. People would sniff, sneeze etc. I believe from the ammonia emanating. I can always smell it myself so that helps, and since taking vitamin k I don't smell nasty Body Odor ! It was getting so bad within the last few years ruining all my shirts, and socially being awkward. I will soon be 30 years old so nice birthday gift for a new decade about to begin! I will keep my fingers crossed this is it.Advertisement

This is a reply to # 2,153,600Vitamin K is usually found in some green vegetables and is known for reducing fecal smells so it would make a lot of sense if it is helping you.

This is a reply to # 2,153,600Brom is really nasty ,you cannot smell yourself in early stages (i.e between 1-3 years ),thereafter the smell of ammonia and sulfur will be persistent and affect your breathing before you even face humiliation from other people .

This is a reply to # 2,153,600I've had the same success with consuming Kale, which is incredibly high in Vitamin K. I usually chuck it into a smoothie with some other greens such as spinach which also has vitamin k and a dash of fruits. Makes a great green smoothie - although it's quite easy to mess up the flavors.

This is a reply to # 2,153,934Sure, I take Life Extensions super k, one a day. I saw results in a week. I am breakout prone, and not sure it may have caused a couple of pimples but not anymore. No other changes were made.
