I'm posting my reply to your PM about the dental connection on the Morgellons Forum since other folks often pose this question.
My Morgellons research has covered the dental connection among several others.
Since each person's infection varies & the organisms involved are unique to them, this method is effective for only a small % of folks.
My humble opinion is that it should only be considered as a last resort after drug treatment hasn't fully cured their infection.

I suggest dental as the first line treatment and drugs the second. While I have many reasons for this the main one is that it worked for me.
Our chemistry is all different-my guess is that there are several if not many causes-dental infection is clearly one.
Of course there would be no reason not to clean out infection and take the meds
