Hi,
I know some people can not tolerate CE...
My question to those who are OK with them.
Are you doing the enema every day? Or you have some breaks?
Foe example, 5 days - CEs and 2 days - not.

This is a reply to # 2,147,976I do them daily and hate it when I have to miss a day! Obviously, my liver has been quite congested for a long time, and I really benefit from them.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,147,976I do them daily. I don't schedule breaks .... but sometimes stop for a couple of days if I am busy at work and just don't have time.
