Greetings CureZonians and Fellow Pulsers!
I'm new here, and to magnetic pulsing, so I apologize for the ignorance of this message if it has been covered here before or if the question is embarrassingly basic in nature. I just got the Sota Pulser a few days ago and have been using it for about 40 minutes each time. However, it remains unclear to me if it will only work on a region it is hovering over or if it is placed in a central region (e.g. my stomach), if that would benefit my brain, neck, or other areas in my body? I have a very complex problem which is overall diagnosed as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but many other things have popped up on the radar such as premature osteoporosis starting when I was 30, adrenal dysfunction, high cortisol, pineal cyst, lipoma near my hypothalamus, high TSH, and general autoimmune dysfunction. I quite honestly do not know where to even begin pulsing so I wonder if I can just keep it on my abdominal region and that would work for other locations in my body. I also wear metal eyeglasses, so I was assuming it is best to take them off, should I want to pulse my head. Because I am extremely nearsighted, this makes the pulsing process even more boring, as I can't see my surroundings. Has anyone pulsed with eyeglasses on without winding up creating a bent modern art piece out of it? To pass the time, I felt it might be nice to play some apps on my phone, though I also worry that if the phone is too close to the pulser, that its components might become damaged due to magnetization. Has anyone pulsed and played simultaneously (PAPS)? I like that new terms, PAPS. Let's just roll with it. I look forward to hearing from the group and thanks in advance for your feedback.
