This is a reply to # 2,145,786I just read, and share links, and sometimes a thought here or there. Its shown that most people are potassium-deficient, so, what exactly I am doing, is putting more potassium into my body than most people, plain and simple. :)

What form/s and amounts of Potassium are you using?
ie 9.4 grams KCL or perhaps 9.4 grams elemental K in K gluconate? or K citrate etc etc
