Coconut water is said to have been used as an intravenous drip in the wars, when they were out of the potassium-sodium mix.
It is completely sterile, so in practice they could transfer it right in from the nut.

If it brings more liquid to clean your bowels, I dont know.

Been in Asia a few times, coconut water fresh from the nut is a big favorite of mine, and I hardly ever had problems down there as long as having a nut or two a day.

Papaya, with the seeds; if you can get it; best medicine for the bowels ever, IMO. Nice peppery taste of the seeds, vegetarian caviar.

put 3 tsp of epsom salt in a glass of water and chug it down.

Not long thereafter, you're shitting water out the rectal seal. So what do you next do ? Drink a glass of pure water. More water out the butt. Rinse, repeat.

Eventually the rectal gusher stops, and the water you drink will come out of r1.


I view the buttgusher as the body being overloaded, and the little man at the lever down there says "Whoa, overload magnesium!!" then he discharges it from the system the quickest way possible, until things return to normal, r2 is closed, and r1 open.
