Yea I've cut out gluten as much as I can and I definitely think it's gotten a lot better. Not sure if I have celiac disease though.

I am starting to think that you may be on to something! I have been eating gluten free for two weeks and I feel way better. I decided today to go back to eating gluten so I can be tested for Celiac Disease. I think that some of my symptoms (bloody stool, pins and needles against skin feeling, etc) may actually be a result of celiac because it affects the intestines. If I had celiac disease I think it may explain everything.

Also I was recently diagnosed with low iron and low calcium and low vitamin D so maybe I am not absorbing nutrients.
