Diet:
8+ cups of water/day (sometimes with pure lemon juice)
lemon/orange/ginger/dandelion herbal teas (always with lemon juice)
Gluten free oatmeal (add cinnamon, ginger, gluten free granola, quinoa, millet, buckwheat and amaranth)
cream of rice
brown rice (add ground flax/chia seeds, oregano, parsley, and basil)
flaxseeds, ground flaxseeds
lemon juice
spinach/kale (cooked in boiled water no more than 45 seconds)
lettuce
cucumbers
carrots
fruit smoothies (containing: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, grapes, pineapples, flaxseeds, ground flaxseeds, ground chia seeds, pure lemon juice, water, protein powder, ORIGINAL greek yogurt)
salmon
Exercise (30 minutes minimum/daily):
Stretch (20 minutes minimum)
push ups (with only index, middle, and thumb fingers)
sit ups
squats/lunges (70lb weight)
pull ups
crunches/reverse crunches
leg raises/knee raises (hang from pullup bar)
5-10 barbell curls/lifts (start with 70lb weight, move to 125lb)
dips/backdips
(I try to do 150-200 of everything)
Stretch (10 minutes minimum)
The first time it took a few months, and that lasted about a year until the summer came (I went to a wedding and got drunk at the after party. Also stopped working out as much and started back eating junk food).
Right now the odor only seems to appear if I exercise right before I go to school or if I play basketball after class (doing anything strenuous).
