Finally somebody telling the truth... Insulin and leptin resistance go hand in hand. The only way to prevent it (long-term for many) is to control your carb intake... Really... Not your fat intake... Low carb diet, short term fasting (16-24 hours) and exercise helps a lot and can reverse this 2 issues (restore your leptin and insulin sensitivity). Stop blaming the fat... Many studies (evidence that the fat is bad) have a high carb/high fat diet. It's ridiculous as the body will operate in a different way here compared to a low carb/high fat diet.
