Juicing is not like
Water Fasting where your body needs alot of rest. With
juicing your body is still getting all the nutrients it need to sustain itself. You still have the strength to exercise while
juicing vs water but I would not over due it. Light walking and aerobics. Muscles weigh more so if your looking for weight loss try not hitting the weighs until after you stop
juicing then build your muscles.
