Hello All,

Day 5 of my WF. I am doing fine, but feeling like I should give up. 

I had a few episodes of reflux with acid coming up to my throat. which went away after drinking warm water. My rashes are spreading to new areas and gone from the areas of pain. Sleep is very erratic, comes and goes in a few hours.

Urine - Light Yellow

Weight - 157lbs (loss 1lb from yesterday)

Yesterday I had one small BM - Usual smelly lot of mucus

Water need has been increased - drank 10 cups yesterday

PND slightly less

Joints are feeling great, except when climbing stairs, all muscles feel good.
