The skin on my hands is peeling, especially on the tips of my fingers. This is not just dry skin. And it doesn't look like eczema or psoriassis either.
I am in overall good health and my diet and eliminations are pretty good.
I have had this throughout my life. It usually happens in the winters. I recently noticed a connection with my hands sweating. For some reason my hands seem to sweat in the winter. I think the moisture on my hands and fingers actually enables a form of Athlete's Foot to grow on my hands.
It's not terrible. Mainly it looks ugly and it itches a bit. But I would like to get rid of it if possible.
SO:
DO you think this is athlete's foot?
Best ways to beat it?
Thanks.
