Hi I have sever fatigue through out the day, not really like Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome just the fatigue part. Cortisol spit test revealed extremely high cortisol upon waking up until 1pm then normal levels. Can anyone suggest proper dosages of Seriphos to bring down my morning/afternoon cortisol? Much
appreciated. Oh and if you have any other suggestions I would really like to hear them. thanks!

  I've read in several places that vitamin C lowers cortisol. Have you tried several dosages throughout the day..specifically at night might help lower the morning value for you?
  
  I have low cortisol and before knowing about vit C lowering cortisol experienced a worsening of my condition with Vit C.

        Oh completely, I dont like bad grammar or spelling, but my first attempt always have both, two degrees and I still cant spell. Pathetic.
