Hello :D Just wanting to get some opinions.

I have a piece of tissue hanging out of my anus, It's pink and about half the size of my pinky finger in length.

I attempted to take a picture of it but couldn't do it.

I've had this thing for about 10 years. It has never once hurt or bleed or changed in any way. It never feels swollen, it doesn't interfere with sitting.

I started using wet wipes in the bath room, as it is the the way of wiping after a bowel movement.

So I was always confused about products that advertise that they shrink hemorrhoid tissue, because this thing doesn't feel swollen.

Recently, I've been wanting it to be gone... and have been trying to read up on it. So what I've been reading, is that it probably starts from up inside and is just so long that it's hanging down and out of me?

Is it too late for me to work on it, if I've just left it to hang there all this time?

I don't suffer from constipation, and I never strain. I have had problems with weight gain and loss over the years, if that makes any difference.
