You’re a kefir addict if:
You constantly think about the next serving and waiting all day or all night impatiently for that next serving.
You worry about putting them into hibernation and reluctant to do so even if it’s required.
You can’t wait to get back home if you have put them into hibernation.
You talk to your grains.
You loosen the lid JUST enough to let them breath during a second fermentation and you're "PERFECT" with the right looseness "EVERY" time.
You’re constantly caring for them more than the average person by stirring them and checking the temperature many times per day.
You feel guilty throwing grains in the trash.
You are very gentle when handling/straining them as though you will hurt them.
You try to keep them as comfortable as possible especially when it’s cold out (wrapping blanket around them, heating pad, etc).
You can’t trust other people with your grains if you’re going to be away from the grains for more than a day or 2.
Last but not least .... After drinking a refreshing tasteful glass, you think about the hard work they’re doing on the inside to make you feel a million times better!!
