hi, I have been to the GP for blood in my stool and was sent back home with the diagnosis of an anal fissure and was prescribed to apply cream to the area.I don't believe that was the cause. Over the past few days I have had constipation and my stool is coming out in pieces that are thin and looks like they are sculpted (doesn't look round more like it scrapes against something in my colon that creates a flat angle in the poo) or in balls. Also I have noticed that there has been a smell from my anus even though I have cleaned properly. Is this a sign of colon cancer or internal hemorrhoids?
