Hi Affliction,
Any diet that is aimed at reducing candida and the bad bacteria will be helpful. However, I agree with Smelly Teen. It has to be done long enough to see the results and continued to having lasting results. The reason there is no medical cure is because it is mostly related to diet. The only solution the medical industry has is
Antibiotics that kill candida and bacteria. We all know that these drugs cause more problems than they solve by killing off good bacteria as well. Even if there is temporary relief, if the diet is the same, the body will continue to create candida and overpopulate with bad bacteria.
I have done a low carb diet that is very low in
Sugar and starchy vegetables. I do notice that it helps for sure as long as I do not go into ketosis. If I go into ketosis, forget about it. Rooms full of people are passing out and plotting my death. So make sure you get plenty of healthy carbs in. Also, adding a little bit of all natural salsa may spice up that chicken breast and it's low sugar.
Good luck with your new diet. I wish you much success.
Take care,
Win
