AS I BECOME OLDER----it would suggest I am out living the sins of my early days which are many…..and by doing so, life becomes more fun!
Now naturally if you do not learn to put down your sins, then living older only complicates your sickness which makes every day of life a drag…….
With herbal use and BOOK I orange juice and juice as food……life just becomes better year after year after year…..and as you learn to go with the flow---such as things like 108, etc……life just picks up the pace and happier to degrees never known earlier in life..
I do believe miserable people sleep their lives away, just for the simple fact they have no good reason to get out of bed each day..
I think it only makes sense that to sleep your life away misses out on life its self…..
often I never get things "finished", it seems endless…..for years I have figured it will all get done and 1 day all will be done….but the opposite holds true…….with each year, it seems like there is more to do and more that never got done.
I got up at 6 am or earlier for 30 years as a common slave and then the factory was consumed ands destroyed by HONDA the same as they purchased and shut down hundreds in America, which did the old dirty factories a favor, because the old dirty hell holes dating back to world war 1 all needed to be shut down----only problem is these old toxic dumps have never been turn down and buried, they are eye sores of every city USA….
being out of a slave job for the past 6 years, i get up when i want to, often around 7 am or so, depending on how noisy the kids are on their way out the door to school……
I often will work till 3-5 all depending on what i want to do, or not do each day or maybe do nothing that day…..
I make use of a hot tun as my personal bath each night, often after 10 p.m. or some nights not until 2 am…..time just flies some days….and never enough hours..
The TAX man demands his $$$$, so working till death is a given in America "IF" you want a life os any kind…
A lucky man has daily work, so that would mean I have mean lucky all my life…..because anyone that can work, has the health to do so and so many are too sickly to work and you never want to find your self sickly..
Dr. Christopher had 1 motto- Thank God for all and each day, do at least 1 other person a favor. That does work in life.
Your life is predestined, to think otherwise is very foolish and chaotic……and there may be a way of speeding up your life's choices by learning to accept quickly and not fight GOD…otherwise, it was all preplanned out for you and learning that as quick as you can in life, makes life a joy…….
YOU will DIE just as sure as you were BORN and death will be about as harmless as your birth was, in that you will remember as much about both..
Look at life like this:
Pretend you are going to go somewhere for X amount of days and you are paying for every hour on this trip…………..which suggest as you sleep, you are paying the same price as when you were awake………so would it not make moire sense to be awake ?
Sleeping is essential as you are growing and need to repair, but people sleep way too much………..when you are healthy, happy and full of daily excitement, sleep is just wasting time….
Looking forward to each day, has to be one of God's greatest blessings other than family…To find your self in misery just waiting to die, has to be truly hell on earth…..old folks homes are such a tragedy, but a necessity when you have no loving family….and today, many elderly find they are just in the way and eager kids along with evil doctors seek to eliminate you out of the way of progress…..so never find your self at the mercy of anyone else……IN NATURE when 'you" can't care for your self, you are something else's lunch….that simple.
Many a great author has written that as they learned about their gown health, they discovered how to poison them selves less and by doing so, they needed less sleep and the truly professionals learned how to go years with no sleep…they were just too busy and too happy to sleep.
Maybe sleep is for sickly people? I know while following BOOK I a person can easily go a few days with no sleep once the food is out of the body………..I know that even though we eat food, the only time I ever feel great, is when I have no food in my body……I swear food is a double edged sword-----we believe as children that we must have it, but we all know it makes for every sickness we ever experience in life….FOOD truly is the worse education on this planet, bad food leads to all evil.
Is it any wonder food manufactures seek to ad poisons to all the commercial made foods,,,he who controls sickness, controls this world. Those not controlled are free of this world…
We will all get sick eventually, some sooner than others, but in Nature there is normally just 1 sickness, the one that ends in the death.
I personally do not believe there is a human on earth that is not being consumed by worms and by doing this, people have nothing to "judge" true health on; they grow up never seeing a truly healthy specimen…..medical believed that by the year 1800 there were no healthy human specimens left to make a comparison…
We today, are heavily poisoned and radiation damaged….2 things out of our real control----but we can control what we eat and have a goal of death to all worms within.
I enjoy sleep, I just find it hard to sleep when the next day has so much fun stuff to do…It is wise to "think" about your future work'''''' just practice thinking about each new day as you do sleep and let it all work out in your sleep, so that when you do work, you make less mistakes…see it in your mind days ahead, plan it all out in your mind, but when you go to do it, work 'freely" with the flow……don't fight your thoughts as you are working--go with them….
What a factory does is force you to think inside their box and this stops your freedom to think for your self…..learn to think freely, this speeds up your success in life.
Work within your means and be happy with what you have….
"EVERY" thing you do have, will take up your time on earth, so beware to not waste time, use it wisely and think to the future with the goal of freedom.
Blessings,
MH
