Last night my roommate pointed out to me something in the spare bathroom that we never use and I'm wondering if it's mold:











Reason I ask is because we've had leaks in this place. We had one repaired about 5 months ago. We've got somebody coming out again because there's a dripping noise between the living room and kitchen wall. In my bedroom the flooring has been progressively getting creekier and it's an area that basically right above where that drip sound is coming from.

I've been trying to sort out personal health issues that I've brought up in other sections of this site, but now I'm beginning to wonder if mold is contributing to them. About a year and a half ago I started developing bad itching problems in this place. My hair thinning has gotten extremely aggressive out of nowhere. My nasal passages are constantly sutffed up and I'm sneezing a lot. I feel like I'm also having trouble breathing and I'm so fatigued all the time.

My roommate has been suffering from worsening acne. My cats are constantly gnawing at themselves, which never happened at my old place.

The worst part of this is the fact that I'm at my house a lot. I work from a home office and on a typical day the only time I leave is to go to the gym. So if this place has had bad mold problems since I've lived here (almost 3 years now)I wonder if some of what is happening to me is related to it.
