If your sodium chlorite has been stored properly it should still be good. High heat, light exposure, and evaporation can take it toll on sodium chlorite but if you have stored it in an opaque bottle with the top on at room temperature you will be fine.

Eye infections sometimes are helped through internal attack of the infection, and at other times an external attack is needed. This external use can be a spray or vapor. It is also important to keep your hands free of anything that can cause infection to your eye.
