i've never had a problem with Body Odor , but last summer my left armpit suddenly started emanating a very strong smell, which can only be temporarily masked with deodorant. before any of this, i could go without deodorant on any day and still smell fine.

here's where it gets tricky. i also have some kind of bowel disorder - i've had odd episodes of constipation my whole life, and every few months over the past 2 years, i've had episodes of ~5-7 days where i don't pass a normal bowel movement. relating to the BO, I've just gotten over one of these episodes of constipation, and my armpits have literally been odorless during the whole thing, until i passed my first bowel movement. literally an hour after i passed the normal bowel movement, the armpit odor (especially on the let side!) switched on. really confused here.
