Hi guys I am 52 this is the first time I want to embark on the MC. I normally eat very healthy. My question is can I replace maple syrup with Stevia and also can I take some herbs like milk thistle and anti parasitic herbs while on the MC?- Re: stevia or maple syrup nissan350z

This is a reply to # 2,116,051The recipe should be followed it's the combination that gives the result and it should be organic grade b maple syrup not regular...
