Often male and female has facial hair.........when dealing with elderly amish women (german) it is not unusual when very elderly to see their face covered in facial hair / beard.

People with black hair, naturally show up the most, because just a few black hairs stand out.

It may just be inherited or a result of food manufacturers hormone manipulations.

I am sure every facility that cuts women's hair has the most experience with this issue.

In America, allot of people are preoccupied with the removal of natural body hair for "beauty" adjustments.

Men are just as bad anymore and most shave thir face at least 1-2x weekly or I assume men with jet black hair have to shave daily.

I will assume they treat children the same ways as adults, with everything from ripping the hair out / to using lasers.
