Thanks for the response! I was wondering about the "meaty" ones toward the top right. I had quite a few of those on day 4, as well.
Bottom left are the "hard" bits. The large bit might be a gall stone? Other small pieces around it may be seeds from a pomegranate, if they aren't stones. I did have a whole thing of pomegranate seeds the day before this.
Bottom right might be prune skins. I'm not sure what fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds actually get digested. I had quite a few things that look like sunflower seed meats, but I also eat a lot of sunflower seeds. I have noticed smaller, whitish, sesame seed sized bits, which I'm guessing are eggs from something.
Anybody know what that wormy thing with the triangular "head" is in the center left of the picture? Or, what any of those other smaller skinny worms are? I thought they might be pinworms, but they are almost 2" long. On day 5, I had hundreds of them come out.
It is both scary and reassuring to see these things. Honestly, a month ago, I thought I was dying from colon cancer and was afraid to visit the doctor. In the past year, I have lost 15 lbs that I did not have to lose, have -0- energy, and was starting to have health issues I've never had before (gums receding, halitosis, persistent constipation, itchy scalp, general "fogginess") and I could eat ANYTHING and still lose weight. Literally, I'd put away twice as much food as my wife, and I'd still lose weight and have no energy.
After some online research, it sounded like the other (likely) possibility was parasites. So, without much to lose, I decided to do the Humaworm parasite cleanse. Honestly, I wasn't expecting results. But, on day 4 of Humaworm, a 1" x 2" "ball of worms" followed my BM out.
