You could try taking German (Blue) Chamomile Essential oil [EO]. It might help with the OCD and relaxation. You need to find a good, pure, preferably organic source. I use NHR organics because they have Gas Liquid Chromatography results for their oils. They do sell in the states as well.

You have to be very careful with it! Pure EO is far too strong to take neat, it has to be watered down a lot. I use 1 drop of the oil in 5ml of pure water in a dropper bottle. Then shake it vigorously and then one drop of that in some aloe vera juice, a teaspoon or two. Adding something dark like a berry juice will show the oil on the surface so you can see it's in there and how much is there. Near the end of the dropper bottle mixture the oil does tend to run low. Currently I'm using liquid kelp extract which makes the oil easier to see. I make a slightly higher dose, 2 drops GC EO in 5ml of water then one drop of that with Aloe etc. Keep the bottle in the fridge or it can go off!

If that works okay then you could try increasing it slightly but do it very slowly! It's strong stuff. German Chamomile EO is classed as Generally regarded as safe (GRAS)!

Ideally some liquid alfalfa extract should be added as well.

This is based upon Herbalife Herbal Aloe drink. That is considerably more expensive and not as strong.

However, this could affect your immune system near your skin so if that is an issue due to lyme then it might not be a good idea.

Eventually this kind of approach can help heal the kidney energy deficiency which is responsible for depression. It relaxes the nerve rings in the liver zone which helps the mood, relaxes and can entirely get rid of the nerve rings which allows the kidney zone to be repaired, eliminating the depressive tendency and anxiety.

All this shows in the iris. A dark ring around the outside of the iris affect the skin function and immune system function near the outside of the body. Think viral infection tendencies. It's similar to emotional stress response which can also make a person more prone to infections.

I think it might help if you bear in mind what I have said. You would only need a 2.5ml bottle of GC EO.
