Re: the silymarin, maybe it was easy for me to notice because I was almost dead at that point, and after one dose (bottle) I had a little bit of a spark to me, it was extremely noticeable. I felt more calm, more energetic, and severe
Sugar cravings went away very soon after.
Not everyone is going to feel the same thing of course, but I think when you come upon supplements that are really good for you it should be noticeable. In this case, there was no way I would have ever thought to take an entire bottle per day so I could very easily have skipped over it had I been self treating.
That's why I recommend people start very low and then just keep going up in doses. In the worst case if you have some sort of negative reaction it won't be sudden, you will be coming at it from the low side and you can stop immmediately. And on the upside you can possibly stumble upon some things that you are severely deficient in.
Although I think if I had just taken a normal dose of 10-20 per day, these are really tiny capsules, I would have achieved the same results.
Now as far as clearing out the liver, this will be a very dramatic feeling, there is no way to miss it. Especially if your liver has been congested for a long period of time. After a few flushes it felt like I could breathe for the first time in years. There are also telltale signs of liver congestion like pronounced crease between the eyebrows, neck/shoulder pain, skin eruptions, digestive problems with fats.
After a few flushes you begin to be acqainted with what it feels like when the gall bladder releases. It usually takes a while to restore this function, so you have plenty of time to practice and learn. If you didn't feel anything from one flush then it probably didn't work yet or you needed a bunch more the get the ball rolling.
The dandelion and lemon are both good ideas, it just depends on your system and if those will be strong enough. Lemon is more like a enzymatic cleanse and dandelion works more like the
Liver Flushes by stimulation of bile. If you are pitta constitution then the dandelion should pan out well over time.
