I can't believe I've been trolling curezone all these years and such a basic as doing a 3 quart high enema never occurred to me. OMG!, what a wonderful washing.
I think my first week here I heard suggestion in one of your posts about clearing the eliminative pathways and it took me nearly a year to bring myself to do a Coffee-Enema due to anal inhibition.
The method mentioned in the later chapters of the book I posted described 3 quarts water, juice of one lemon and most importantly the body position. I shudder to imagine a youtube video of my performance.
